Bolotov & Partners at 4th IP Conference in Moscow
The members of our firm, Yuri Bolotov, Managing Partner, and Zhanat Nurmagambetov, Senior Associate, attended the International Conference on topical issues of intellectual property which was held on October 17-18 in Moscow, Russia.
The Conference has been very successful with the presence of more than 200 participants addressing very interesting topics. In particular, professionals discussed the best practices for developing and managing company’s intellectual property, the work-related results of intellectual activity and remuneration to authors – trends in judicial and law enforcement practice, IP issues in the context of M&A transactions and JVs in the fashion industry, franchisor’s intellectual property and how to protect it and many other matters.
During the Conference our lawyers took excellent opportunity to exchange and share their experiences with leading IP specialists from the U.S., Europe, China and Russia, to know the main trends of IP area.
