Dear ladies and gentlemen,

As you may know, due to the unfavorable political situation in the country, a state of emergency has been introduced throughout Kazakhstan. In connection with the restriction of access to the Internet, the activities of banks, Kazpatent, and other state bodies were hampered.

According to official data, the restrictions will be in effect until January 19, 2022.

From information received from Kazpatent today, in case of late payment, response to the request and (or) provision of the requested materials (documents) by the applicants, the office work on applications will not be terminated until the end of the state of emergency.

Today the Internet connection has been restored, for the time being for 3 – 4 hours a day.

Shooting and explosions have stopped, shops and banks, taxis and public transport are starting to work. The city is being intensively cleared and renovated.

The situation is gradually returning to normal, but there was no Internet for several days, sometimes television was turned off, most of the TV channels are still absent. Flight and railway communication are being restored. Our office was not damaged.

Due to restrictions on access to the Internet, we may not have received some of your letters and we ask you to forward your requests and letters sent by you between January 4-9, 2022.
