Zakon.kz reports a workshop for the production of faked washing detergents was liquidated in the Turkestan region.
In the course of operational-search activities, it was established that a resident of Turkestan city (South Kazakhstan) R. Abdullayev organized a workshop where he illegally produced washing detergents under the brands of well-known brands, the press service of the Financial Monitoring Agency reported.
In total, seven units of equipment for packing of detergent, more than 500 packages of detergent, over 100 bags of 20 kg of loose powder, plastic bags with the names of well-known brands were seized.
The trademark owner incurred major damage.
The infringer was fined 5.9 million KZT.
