Yuri Bolotov and Saule Kulzhambekova continue participating in the Working Group of Foreign Investors Council on changes and amendments to the Law “On Trademarks, Service Marks and Appellations of Goods Origin” (“Trademark Law”?).
The purpose is developing proposals to amend the existing legislation and to improve the mechanisms of protection of trademarks.
We invite individuals and companies to propose amendments on the basis of their experience of enforcement of trademarks rights in the other countries, which will be considered and possibly reflected in the national legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of intellectual property.
