Dear colleagues!

In our view, the range of services provided by an IP firm cannot be full and diversified without strong patent sector.

In turn, the work on patents cannot be full-fledged if it is limited to the filing of ready-made application materials coming either from Kazakhstani or foreign applicants. This is also important, foreign applications come in almost ready for filing, however such applications often require attention of a patent specialist, a real patent practitioner.

Such people in Kazakhstan now, unfortunately, are few in number, at least not enough, and each of them counts. That is why I am pleased to announce that Dulat Dauletbekovich Amankulov has joined our team today.

Dulat has very wide experience as an expert in the National Institute of Intellectual Property (Astana) and the Eurasian Patent Office (Moscow). His basic education in automation and control, electronic engineering and experience as a patent expert in various fields of science and technology, including the Scientific Innovation Center of Livestock and Veterinary Medicine, allow him to work fully with inventions and utility models and selection achievements.

We welcome our new colleague and invite authors and applicants for cooperation.

Please let us know if you are interested in protecting your works and together we will try to determine the strategy and plan for this protection. We will assist in drafting applications and registering your achievements.
