Please meet the new member of the Bolotov & Partners team

Bolotov & Partners is pleased to announce that Arzhan Moldabaev has joined us as an Associate. Arzhan is a graduate of the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University with a degree in Lawyer – Business Law, a graduate of the Caspian University with a degree in Law and Hochschule Wismar, LLM. Speaks Kazakh, Russian and English.

In the company, Arzhan will focus on issues related to parallel import and import of counterfeit products, work with the customs authorities of Kazakhstan, as well as participation in litigation in civil and administrative cases.
