Publication in the journal “Intellectual Property of Kazakhstan”

We would like to inform you that starting from November 1, 2017, lawyers and patent attorneys of Bolotov and Partners have started cooperation with the editorial office of the magazine “Intellectual Property of Kazakhstan” regarding the publication of articles dealing with intellectual property issues in Kazakhstan and other foreign countries. So, now in the “Foreign Experience” section you can get acquainted with the actual IP issues of our foreign colleagues and get useful comments and expert opinion for the same problem from the point of view of Kazakhstan legislation.

We invite all practicing foreign patent attorneys, local and international companies to participate in our joint project. In case you have an interesting article that you would like to share, please send your inquiries to info@bolotovIP.com with an article for publication.

After receiving the request, we will contact you, provide with the technical requirements for the article and jointly try to determine which of the topics you offer will be the most interesting and relevant.
