Please be kindly informed that the National Institute of Intellectual Property (Kazpatent) of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan introduced new official fees from 09.19.2022.
Attention! As to the trademarks now it is necessary to pay for registration for each additional class over the third. Previously it was only applicable for filing and examination.
For inventions, utility models only wording has been changed however prices remain the same.
For selective breeding achievements the item Restoration of missed deadline for submission of document confirming payment has been excluded.
