Winter Go Game Tournament was Held in Almaty

Dear Colleagues and Partners,

As we informed you earlier, the International Amateur Go Tournament WinterGo in Kazakhstan was held in Almaty on 20-21 January 2024.

The tournament was organized by the Go School named after Kunanbaeyev. The tournament was held in the Kazakh National Research Technical University named after K.I. Satpayev. Bolotov & Partners was represented at this tournament by Yuri Bolotov Managing Partner. Bolotov & Partners provided information support to the tournament.

All Go players were allowed to participate in the tournament without restrictions on rating, gender, age and citizenship, which had registered and paid the tournament fee except for professionals.

The event was exciting and a heated battle broke out. The prize fund was US $2,000. At the same time, the tournament was a good opportunity to meet like-minded people and exchange experience. Every year the Go Game becomes more and more popular in our country, and we are proud to contribute to this by sponsoring this Go Game tournament in Kazakhstan.
