Participation in XIII Forum of Corporate Lawyers
On November 8-9, 2018, the lawyers of Bolotov and Partners made presentation “Actual Issues in the Field of Intellectual Property for Trading Companies” at the XIII Forum of Corporate Lawyers, which took place in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
This traditional annual event gathered more than 200 participants — corporate lawyers, consultants, experts in the field of law, and representatives of state bodies.
During the event, lawyers and representatives of state bodies reviewed the forthcoming changes in legislation in 2018, shared the practice of applying legislation in the format of real cases, made their proposals for improving business conditions, and participated in open discussions.
