Pro-bono activity program

Dear Sirs,

We hereby inform you that Bolotov and Partners actively continues to develop its pro-bono program, a program of free counseling to companies and individuals on issues related to the protection of intellectual property rights in Kazakhstan.

This program is dedicated to advise Kazakhstani and foreign entrepreneurs, commercial organizations, and professional associations of legal entities that are not clients of Bolotov and Partners and want to get free consultation on legal issues of registration and protection of trademarks and patents, trade names and know-how, franchising issues and ways of fight against counterfeiting.

In accordance with this program, the IP lawyers and specialists of our firm, namely Yuri A. Bolotov, Saule D. Kulzhambekova, Zhanat A. Nurmagambetov and Olga V. Pastukhova will provide free consultations to the entrepreneurs and the above managers in person, by phone or via Skype.

We invite you to get a professional consultation on your situation and ask the issues of your concern. During the consultation we will explain you the provisions of the legislation, propose a preliminary actions plan and, if you are interested and where applicable, will send you a list of necessary documents and inform you on deadlines and, where possible, on approximate fees.
