Bolotov & Partners at the HoRex Business Forum 2025 in Almaty

On November 12, 2025, the HoRex Business Forum was held in Almaty. Yuri Bolotov our firm’s partner was among the key speakers of the Forum.

During his session, Yuri highlighted the most pressing topics with his colleagues regarding the rational and correct wording of franchise agreements, the essential provisions of these agreements, and the registration of trademarks and patents. Standard mistakes made by both foreign and Kazakh franchisors and franchisees were analyzed.

Following the Forum, specific steps for the development of Kazakhstan’s hospitality sector were outlined. We believe that Yuri Bolotov’s presentation made a significant contribution to this strategic discussion and was helpful for the forum participants.
