Meet the new member of Bolotov & Partners Team

Bolotov & Partners is pleased to inform that Shyngys Akylbay joined us as a legal assistant. Shyngys is a graduate of Kazakh Humanitarian Law University with a bachelor’s degree in law. He speaks Kazakh, Russian, English, Turkish.

Shyngys will focus on issues related to the parallel import and import of counterfeit products, work with customs authorities of Kazakhstan, as well as participation in litigations in civil and administrative cases.
