Desired work experience: 1-3 years
Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Conducting patent research;
- Analyzing claims of an invention (utility model) to establish patent infringement;
- Conducting patent clearance searches;
- Drawing up patent applications and submit them with Kazakh Patent Office and abroad;
- Taking part in patent disputes.
Requirements:
- Higher technical education;
- A desire to specialize in the field of patents;
The following shall be considered as an advantage:
- Experience of work with patents;
- Legal education;
- Proficiency in English;
- Experience in the field of patents;
- Patent attorney certificate.
