Bolotov & Partners is pleased to announce the elevation of Saule Kulzhambekova, Zhanat Nurmagambetov and Dmitriy Bolotov to partners. Their promotions will become effective May 11, 2021. The promotions of these people are the result of their hard work and dedication of each individual, and their commitment to collaboration and to putting clients at the center of everything we do.
Newly Promoted Partners are:
Saule Kulzhambekova, now is a partner in the Trademarks Department, concentrates her practice on trademark searches, trademark and patent registration, well-known trademarks, licensing and assignment agreements, franchising agreements, dispute resolution in courts; as well as compliance and regulatory IP matters. Saule has extensive experience in fighting violations of trademark and patent rights in cooperation with law enforcement agencies and has a considerable court practice in disputes over IP rights. She also has deep experience with training seminars in the field of intellectual property protection.
Zhanat Nurmagambetov, now is a partner in the Enforcement Department, he concentrates his practice on issues related to application of pretrial, civil, administrative, criminal and customs measures of trademark rights protection, including issues related to parallel import and import of counterfeited goods. He has deep experience with partnering with the state enforcement agencies, participates in resolving of domain name disputes and provides consulting on competition issues. Zhanat regularly speaks at the local and international seminars and conferences.
Dmitriy Bolotov, now is a partner and head of the Business Development Department. His role focuses on providing support to colleagues and clients, contacting new clients and searching new ways of collaboration with the state and international organizations.
