Our colleagues Yuri Bolotov, Saule Kulzhambekova and Damirzhan Amireyev took part in the round table on the Development of Forensic Examination of Intellectual Property Objects in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The event was organized by the Higher School of Law of Turan University, Research Institute of Law of Turan University and the Republican Chamber of Forensic Experts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Saule Kulzhambekova spoke on modern legislation in the field of protection and enforcement of intellectual property. Damirzhan Amireyev made a report on the role of forensic expertise in court practice related to the protection of intellectual property.
During the conference the issues of prospects and plans for the development of forensic expertise, creation and improvement of methods of its implementation and other issues were discussed.
The round table was attended by patent attorneys, forensic experts and scientific staff of Turan University.
