What is intellectual property and why should it be protected? Every result of human thought and intellectual work has its value. Consequently every citizen has the right to protect his or her intellectual property. Yuri Bolotov, Managing Partner gave a lecture for schoolchildren of the third grade in school-gymnasium No. 153 named after A. Rozybakiyev on 31.01.2023. Yuri explained to children in detail and in an accessible way what intellectual property is and gave clear examples. He noted that explanatory work on this issue should start from the school, as “intellectual property should be our priority”. Mr. Bolotov also presented his book for children “And what do they say?”. Children listened attentively and with interest to the lecturer, looked through the book with bright pictures and asked questions to the author. The lecture was interesting and useful.
