Mr. Yuri Bolotov, Managing Partner, Trademark & Patent Attorney attended GIPC 2017 held from 11th January to 13th January 2017 in New Delhi, India.

GIPC, in its ninth year, is an annual meeting platform for Board-level IP managers, IP regulators and policy makers, as well as IP experts, litigators, investors and their advisers in a dialogue designed to discuss best practices and solutions to enhance IP management strategies.

The Conference was devoted to actual problems related to harmonization of patent laws, how to develop strategic IP portfolios, trade secret laws and their impact on industry, IP enforcement, critical IP issues in practice by in-house IP experts, exhaustion of IP rights and recent trends in IP.

Mr. Bolotov actively participated in the sessions and keep participants updated on the latest developments about our IP practice and services in Kazakhstan.
